These are the Terms and Conditions you Agree to:
The services available at the domain and sub-domains at http://www.findsyou.com or such other web site from time to time (including whatcar.findsyou.com, visitbritain.findsyou.com, findsyoucars.com and findsyouaplacetostay.com) providing findsyou services (the “Site”) are provided by Findsyou Limited (“we”, “our” or “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company no. 7546093. Our VAT registered no. is 109 1287 26.

These terms and conditions apply and govern your use of the Site. By accessing the Site, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should not use or access the Site. Users in the Agreement are defined as registered members.

To protect your interests, read all of the terms and conditions prior to using the Site or accepting them to become a user. You can also save and/or print out a copy of these terms and conditions. You must accept these terms and conditions to become a user of the Site. We do not keep a copy of each agreement between you and us. These terms and conditions and our agreement between you and us may only be concluded in English.

Amendments to these Terms and Conditions

We may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amended details on the Site. Any amendments will govern new user registrations from the date that such revised terms and conditions are posted on the Site. Existing users will be bound by the amendments after the expiry of 30 days from the date of posting. If existing users do not agree and/or do not wish to comply with any such amended terms and conditions, they should stop using the Site and discontinue the use of our services. Significant changes which affect the legal status will be notified to users in the News & Latest section of the site, prominently and in simple to understand language.
Eligibility of Users
Our services are not available to, and may not be used by, persons under 18, to persons whose access to the Site or our services have been temporarily or indefinitely suspended or to anyone who is not resident in the United Kingdom. If you are under 18, you can use this Site and our services only with the consent of, in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Information on the Site

We do not control the information provided by other users which is made available through the Site. If you find any other user’s information or listings to be in any way offensive, obscene, defamatory, racist, harmful, inaccurate, unlawful, illegal or deceptive or if any products or services listed in such listing are illegal or unlawful in any way, please notify us by clicking on the “Report Abuse” link and, in the case of copyright works, supply us with the following information:

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed and a description of the activity that you claim to be infringing;

Disputes between You & other Members

Should you have a dispute with another Member, you must, in the first instance, address such dispute directly to the Member concerned and feedback the results to us.

We may, without being under legal obligation to do so, investigate grievances held, and may discuss any investigation with all involved parties. However there are only three possible outcomes of a grievance investigation:

a Member may be allowed to continue using the Site;
a Member may be Suspended from using the Site for a period of time, at our discretion;
a Member may be banned indefinitely from using the Site.

You agree to release us from any damages or claims (including punitive, consequential and incidental damages) of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, known and unknown, and disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Common Sense and Safe Trading

Please use caution, common sense and practice safe trading when using the Site. We cannot guarantee in any way that other users of the Site are always honest and trade in good faith, although we will bar or suspend any users whom, in our discretion, we feel are abusing the spirit of the Site and who fail to comply with these terms and conditions. Always exercise caution and care before disclosing any personal information or trading with another person.

Please note that there are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretences. By using this Site, you agree to accept such risks and agree that we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of users on the Site.

Our Liability

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude our liability for death or personal injury arising out of negligence or for fraud or any other liability that may not be excluded or limited by law. Neither you nor we shall be liable under these terms and conditions for losses other than for those which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of breach of these terms and conditions.

Once an introduction has been made, the responsibility for any transaction rests with the users and not FindsYou. Any further involvement by FindsYou in the process is voluntary on its part, and infers no legal obligation on its part.
You agree to compensate us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, in respect of any reasonable costs, losses, damages, expenses, claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of, your breach of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

All material contained on the Site is published in good faith, but it is emphasised that we do not in any circumstances accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any posting or message published whether online or off-line (nor is any kind of warranty expressed or implied by such publication). To the extent permitted by law, we specifically disclaim all liability to advertisers, readers and users of any kind of any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and however arising, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause, and whether on our part, or our servants or agents, or any other person.

We assume no responsibility for and disclaim all liability for any errors or omissions in material published on the Site by third parties or in any other documents or sites which may be referred to or linked to by such material, including links to third party sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions that may be implied by law or otherwise.

Submission of Information, Material and Copy to the Site

All information, material and copy offered by you for publication on the Site must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must comply with current legislation, and is accepted for publication, or not, and may be removed or suspended by us at our absolute discretion.

All third party intellectual property rights are reserved to the relevant third party owner or licensor of such rights.

You promise and guarantee that you own or have obtained all intellectual property rights, licences and consents to all material published on the Site which you have posted and that the same do not infringe any third party rights. Some works may be protected by international copyright laws and any activities that infringe such laws are strictly prohibited on this Site, including the sale and/or exchange of copyright protected material without the permission of the relevant licensor or owner. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any of the following activities:

Posting any franchise, pyramid scheme, “club membership”, distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
Sending unsolicited mail or e-mail, making unsolicited phone calls or sending unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to a user.
Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.

Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activity being conducted on this Site.
Disclosing to or sharing your password (if applicable) with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorised purpose.
Using or attempting to use any engine, software or other tool, including, without limitation, browsers, spiders, robots or intelligent agents to navigate or search the Site other than the search engine and search agents available from the Site.

Subscription Charges, Fair Usage and Use of Information.

All subscription charges for business entities are defined in the subscription process. Any business which cannot be categorized in the way described should contact FindsYou Limited to discuss the subscription in their case. FindsYou Limited will not be bound by contractual terms arising from subscriptions which, in its sole view, are with sellers or members not as described in the subscription payment process on the web site.

The service operates under a certain subscription model that is determined as highly competitive assuming a level of fair and reasonable usage by selling members. We reserve the right to amend settings or suspend membership if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a member is not operating fairly or operating the service outside of the intended use. This specifically includes the sharing of information by a member of corporate group with other members of that group who may not be subscribers to the FindsYou service.

For the avoidance of doubt, no data which is sent to a seller user by virtue of the FindsYou.com service shall be given, shared or distributed to anyone who is not also a paid up subscriber to the service and was at the time the buyer data was originally generated.

Suspension and Termination

a. We reserve the right to Suspend or discontinue the availability of the Site to individual members, with immediate effect, as it sees fit and in circumstances including, but not limited to:

where any payments that are due have not been settled.
where the Company suspects that a member is in breach of any term hereof.

Governing Law and Legal Compliance

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Please note, that your country (and/or that of any user you deal with) may have laws which apply to your transactions with other users regardless of what you agree with us (now) or with that user (later).

The laws of your country may be different from English law, including laws governing what can be legally offered, sold, exported, bought or imported. There may be additional legal requirements, relating to (for example) the requirement to hold a licence to buy or sell certain items, or to register a transfer in a central registry.

There is no practical way for us to continually monitor the laws of every country, or each user transaction. Please do not assume that you are allowed to do what other users do, or that we are approving or validating any transaction, even if you have successfully made similar sales or purchases in the past.
